Cancelation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notification
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this by accessing Square App.

Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee (50% of the services scheduled) will be applied. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot that could have been allocated to another client.

Card on file
Card is required to reserve your appointment time and day. Card on file will only be charged when canceling last minute (less than 24 hours prior to appointment) or no showing to your appointment.

Confirmation of Appointments
To avoid any confusion or misunderstandings, we encourage all clients to confirm their appointments in advance. This allows us to better manage our schedule and provide timely service to all our clients.
